How To Review / Edit Bulk Actions With The Bulk Actions Tab

Using Bulk Actions with Contacts or Smart Lists, you can perform multiple one-off actions on your chosen contacts. Here’s how to review / edit Bulk Actions with the Bulk Actions Tab:

Click "Contacts"

Click "Bulk Actions"

Filtering the Bulk Actions Tab

You can choose to filter Bulk Actions by "All Actions", "All Users", "Any Status", or "Select date & time." Click your preferred filter option below to see how:

 

Filter by "All Actions" - Step 01

 

Filter by "All Actions" - Step 02

Select which action you wish to filter by.

 

Filter by "All Users" - Step 1

Click "All Users"

 

Filter by "All Users" - Step 2

Select which user you wish to filter by.

 

Filter by "Any Status" - Step 1

Click "Any Status"

 

Filter by "Any Status" - Step 2

Select which status you wish to filter by.

 

Filter by "Select date & time" - Step 1

Click the "Select date & time" field.

 

Filter by "Select date & time" - Step 2

Select the time and date you wish to filter your bulk actions.

 

Edit "Actions"

 

Edit "Actions" - Step 1

Click this button.

Show Imported Leads - Step 1

Click "Show Imported"

 

Show Imported Leads - Step 2

See the imported leads here.

Show Error Log - Step 1

Click "Show Error Log"

 

Show Error Log - Step 2

View the list of errors.

 

Show Error Log - Step 3

Click "Close"

 

Shows Bulk Action Stats - Step 1

Click "Show Stats"

 

Shows Bulk Action Stats - Step 2

Click the number above "Successful"

 

Shows Bulk Action Stats - Step 3

Click the number above "Error"

 

Shows Bulk Action Stats - Step 4

View Bulk Action Status.

Click "Close"
