How To Add A Note

The "Notes" section is a great way to see and take notes on a specific contact.

You can also see details about the Notes, such as:

  • Date and time note was added


Here's how to Add a note:

PRO-TIP: These notes can be added manually OR even automatically with workflows.

 

Navigating To The Contact Details Tab - Notes - Step 01

Click "Contacts"

Click the contact you wish to view.

Click "Notes"

Click the "+ Add new" button.

Click the "Enter note" field.

Type your note.
