Using Custom Fields

Using custom fields in your platform is a great way to capture specific information from your potential customers when they fill out a form or a survey.  In this article, I’ll show you how you can create a new custom field. To start, click Settings in the left menu and Custom Fields. Here, you’ll see all the custom fields you’ve previously created. To create a new custom field, click the Add Custom Field button.  This will open a pop-up with many options for your new custom field: The custom fields you can create are as follows: Text Large Text Numerical Phone Monetary Checkbox Single Options Multiple Options Radio Date Textbox List File Upload Signature Select your desired custom field, add the relevant details, and click Save.
