Workflow Builder - If/Else Condition

The If/Else step allows you to split a workflow journey into paths based on conditions.

 

 

One use case would be if a contact has a specific tag.

 

 

Options

 

But there are many more options for setting up an If/Else condition, such as…

  • Is December the current month?

  • Has the contact replied to a message from this workflow?

  • Which workflow trigger added the contact to the workflow?

 

 

If/Else steps are a great way to customize your workflows based on the details of the contacts you’re trying to reach.
