Conversations are a great way to communicate with a contact. The great news is that no matter how you communicate with the contact, all of your conversations will be in one unified inbox. Here's how to Edit Assigned Users To A Contact:
Navigating To The Contact Details Tab
Click "Contacts"
Click the contact you wish to view.
How To Remove Assigned Users To A Contact
If a user is already assigned, you can click the dropdown here to Remove the assigned user or assign a new user.
Click "Remove assigned user" to remove the assigned user.
Select the user you wish to assign to the contact.
