Smart Lists are a great way to organize contacts, by filtering your contacts to create ‘lists’ and selecting what data you wish to see for each list.
Here's how to copy a Smart List:

Click "Contacts"

Click "Manage Smart Lists"

Click the "Copy smart list" icon.

Click the "Name" field.

Change the name of Smart List copy to the name you wish.
