Restore - Overview

Deleting contacts in your CRM does not result in permanent deletion. You have the option to restore and recover them, which is particularly helpful in cases of accidental deletion.

On the Restore tab, you can easily review deleted contacts and restore them to the contact list.

NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the components

List of Deleted Contacts

In the following tables, you will see the list of previously deleted contacts. In this list, you will see the deleted contacts;

Name
Email Address
Phone Number

Before restoring contacts back into your CRM, ensure that you correctly identify the appropriate contact.

Navigating To The Restore Tab

Click "Contacts"

Click 'Restore"

Profile Picture

Here you can see the Profile Picture of the contact that has been deleted.

Name

Here you can see the Name of the contact that has been deleted.

Here you can see the Email of the contact that has been deleted.

Phone

Here you can see the Phone of the contact that has been deleted.

Here you can navigate to the Previous page of deleted contacts.

Next

Here you can navigate to the Next page of deleted contacts.
