How To Make An Outgoing Call
Right through the CRM, you can call any of your contacts through the mobile app or on your desktop. It's a great way to easily & quickly communicate with current clients or new leads.
Pro Tip: The better and faster communication that you have the more likely you are to close a new sale or make a customer happy. The CRM's phone system makes communication a breeze.
NOTE: To be able to make calls you must set up a phone number first.
Calling From The Conversations
When you are in the conversations area, locate the contact you'd like to call. Then click on the phone icon on the right side of the window to start your call.
PRO TIP: Make sure you make all your calls from the system so it will maintain a recording of the calls for you.
Call In Progress
Once the call starts. at the top, you'll notice the name of the contact & the period of time that the call has been in progress for.
The conversation timeline will also keep a log of when the call was made. If the call recording option is enabled you'll also be able to listen to the recording right after your call.
Calling From The Dialer
From anywhere within the CRM you can access the phone dialer at the top right-hand corner.
Using the dialer type in the number you wish to call then click the green call button.
If you have multiple phone numbers within the CRM you can select which phone number you are calling from.
Searching For Contacts In The Dialer
If you click on "Contacts" you can search for and select to call an existing contact within the CRM. This is much faster than using the dialer to call a contact.
Once you've found the contact you wish to call, click on the green call button.
Call Options In Progress
When the call starts the dialer will show you options to mute, dial, hold, blind transfer, & warm transfer.
