Where To Survey Submissions

Forms and surveys can help you understand and connect with your clients or leads. This guide will teach you where to find their survey answers.

 

Navigate To The "Sites" Tab

On your main menu, click on "Sites".

 

 

Go To Survey Submissions

Click on "Surveys", then click on "Submissions".

 

Select The Survey

Click on the "All Survey" dropdown to look for submission on an specific survey.

Or you can leave it on All forms to see all survey submissions.

 

Search For Contacts

Use the search bar to look for a specific contact or lead.

 

Select Specific Contacts

Click on top of the contact's name to see their form submission

 

Select All Contacts

Click "Select All" to select all contacts in order to copy, export or delete their submissions.

 

(Optional) Delete The Submissions

Click on the trash can icon to delete the selected submissions.

 

 

(Optional) Download The Form Submissions

Click on "Download all submissions" do export the forms submissions on a .csv file.

 

Sort By Date

Click on the date range at the top right to sort the form submissions by date.

 

Within A Contact

Navigate to The "Contacts" Tab.

 

Select The Contact

Choose the contact that you'd like to check.

 

Go To Additional Info

Click on "Additional Info".

 

Hide Empty Fields

Click on the "Hide Empty Fields" box to see only the information this contact submitted.

 

(Optional) Go To Activity

You can also check the survey submission on the "Activity" tab within a contact.

 

Check The Survey Submission

Click on the  "Notepad" icon next to "Survey Submitted" in order to check the survey submission for this contact specifically.
