How To Check Email Statistics

You can get highly detailed statistics for your bulk emails and e-mail campaigns. These stats show specific contact records and their status as clicked, opened, bounced, replied, etc.

View Stats From The Marketing Tab

 

Click on "Emails"

 

Click on "Campaigns"

 

Select The Campaign

Select the campaign you'd like to check. Then click on "Actions".

Click on "Statistics"

This will open a menu on the right side.

Check Email Details

This will show you the preview, subject, the date it was sent, and the number of recipients.

 

Check Email Stats

Here you'll be able to see the statistics for deliverability, opened emails, clicks on buttons or links, unsubscribed, etc.

 

Show Stats in Numbers

Toggle the Show Stats in Numbers button to see the exact number of contacts who opened, unsubscribe, click on links, etc.

 

Load More Statistics

Click on "Show More Statistics" and this will show the specific contacts under each status.

 

 

Click on "Delivered"

Here you will be able to see the emails that have been successfully delivered.

 

Click on "Opened"

Here you will be able to track and know who has opened your emails.

 

Click on "Clicked"

Here you can keep track of who has clicked on the links or buttons within your email.

 

Click on "Replied"

Here you can see who has already replied to your emails.

 

Click on "Bounced"

Here you will be able to keep track of what emails have bounced.

 

Click on "Unsubscribed"

Here you can see who has unsubscribed from your emailing list and no longer want to receive your email communications.

 

Click On "Error"

Here you will be able to keep track of what emails have failed on delivery.

 

Click on "Export"

Here you will be able to export the stats into an excel file and keep track of them.
