Appointments Section within the Calendars Tab

Within this section of your CRM, you'll have the ability to conveniently view and manage all your appointments and create new ones too.

Navigating Appointments Tab

This view will provide you with a list of all appointments booked on your account, from all calendars. To access this view, click on "Calendars", then go to "Appointments".

Update Appointment Status

You can update the Appointment Status by clicking on the "StatusDropdown

Below is the list of appointment actions, the contact will be marked under any of these actions if;

Confirmed:

This status indicates that the contact has confirmed the booking for the appointment.

 

Reschedule:

This status is used when the contact requests to reschedule the appointment. You can document their reasons for rescheduling in the 'Appointment Description' field.

 

Invalid:

This status is applied when you want to mark the contact as invalid. It is typically used when the provided contact information is incorrect, and there is no way to rectify it. Please note that marking a contact as 'Invalid' is a permanent action and cannot be undone, so ensure you want to proceed with this action.

 

Canceled:

This status is assigned when the contact requests the cancellation of the appointment.

 

Showed:

This status is assigned when the contact arrives for the scheduled appointment.

 

No-Show:

This status is used when the contact fails to appear for the scheduled appointment.

 

Delete:

This option allows you to permanently remove an appointment from the system. Please exercise caution when using this action, as it cannot be undone.

 

Delete Appointments

To delete appointments, click on the "Status" Dropdownthen click on the "Delete".

 

Requested Time Column

You can see the Appointment date and time on "Requested Time"

 
Date Added Column

You'll know when and which user booked the appointment on "Date Added

 

Calendar Column

You'll know which Calendar was used for the appointment (if you have more than 1 calendar).

 

All Appointments Dropdown

You can also filter by Users or specific calendars by clicking on "All Appointments"

Status Dropdown

You can also filter by appointment status such as Confirmed, Cancelled, New etc. by clicking on "All" and then select the status. 

 

Date Added Dropdown

Filter your appointments by date, by just clicking on "Date added". You can change them here by selecting either Descending or Ascending Order. 

Add New Appointments

Add new appointments by clicking on "+ Book Appointments"
