Round Robin is a way to rotate assigned appointments from one user to another on a team. If you have multiple people on your team, a round-robin calendar setup is a great asset to have! Your team members can get appointments and contacts assigned to them every time someone books on any of your team calendars.

How to Set Up

Go to Calendars.

Once on the "Settings" menu, go to "Calendars". Edit Selected Calendar. Click on the "..." next to the calendar you'd like to edit. Then click on "Edit".
