This allows you to create features that make managing Calendars and Appointments easy and efficient. This brings everything in one spot and makes setting up easy.
Choose Between Different Widgets on Your Calendar
You now have the option to choose between two widget types: Classic and Neo. Whether you're creating a new appointment or editing an existing one, you can select your preferred widget type. To make these changes, simply follow these steps.
Go to Calendars > Calendar Settings and click on “Create Calendar”.
Choose the calendar type from any of the available options.

Simple Calendar
Class Booking
Go to Team & Event Setup > Widget Type
Scroll down where you can see the following options:
Classic (which was under Unassigned)
Neo (which is being used for another calendar type)
Configure custom Calendar URL for Unassigned Calendars
This feature gives users the ability to configure a custom calendar URL in the "Unassigned Calendar" type. This means you can now add a personalized and relevant calendar URL that reflects your business name or is associated with the appointment itself. This customization adds a unique touch to your calendar appointments and enhances their relatability.
To add a custom calendar URL, go to Calendars.
Click on the “Create Calendar” button.
Select the Calendar Type.
In the Team & Event Setup, you can see the text box in front of the Calendar URL.
Once you have typed in the custom URL, the system will check the availability of the custom URL.
You will see:
“Check” - if the custom URL is available for you and you can save it.
“Cross” – this means the custom URL is not available. Change it and make sure it’s unique and you get it.
Groups Can Be Assigned to All the Calendars
You have the option to assign Groups to both the Unassigned Calendar type and Round-robin Calendars. This enables you to efficiently manage and allocate groups within these calendar types, making scheduling and coordination simple.
Note: You can assign a group, regardless of the calendar type.
How to Assign a Group:
Go to Calendars.
Click on the “…” on the right side and select “Move to Group.”
A pop-up will open where you would be asked to select a group you want to assign to the calendar and click “Select”.
Deactivate Groups
Deactivate a single group or groups by clicking the 3 dots “...”.
When you click “…”, it will open the options dropdown.
You can see the option “Deactivate all calendars in the group”.
Once clicked, a pop-up will appear requesting confirmation.
Note: Once you deactivate a group, the calendars links will no longer be active and booking appointments will also end.
