This section provides a concise and organized overview of your calendar, enabling smooth navigation between all the calendars you have created in your CRM. Whether you want to access your personal calendar or your sales team's calendar, you can seamlessly switch between them.
Note: Keep in mind that these calendars are synchronized with your Google or Outlook account, allowing you to control and edit them not only within this CRM but also through your Google or Outlook calendars outside of it.
Navigating Calendars
To get to this view, go to the "Calendars" tab and click on "Calendars" at the top. This will display your weekly appointments by default.
See Past and Following weeks
Navigate past or following weeks' appointments by clicking the “< >” buttons. You can effortlessly switch between different date ranges to view your calendar's current, future, or previous engagements.
Edit Appointments
Click on the top of an appointment slot to update it:
To Edit: Click on the "Pencil icon", and enter the new date and time.
To Cancel: Click on "Cancel Appointment"
Update Appointment Status
Click on the "Status" dropdown to update the status of your appointment.
My Calendar Dropdown
You can also filter by Users or specific calendars. In case you have multiple calendars linked to your CRM or if you have created several calendars, you can easily filter and select the specific calendar you wish to view by utilizing this drop-down tab.
All Dropdown
Choose to see only appointments or just blocked slots (or both). Customize your view by applying availability filters. You have the option to display only confirmed appointments or show the times when you are unavailable.
Weekly Dropdown
Pick between Weekly, Monthly and Daily view.
Add New Appointments
Add new appointments by clicking on "+ Book Appointments"
