Text 2 Pay

Sometimes it is nice to be able to just send someone a simple invoice requesting payment. For this, you can use "Text 2 Pay".

Stripe needs to be enabled on your account for this to work.

To use this, simply go to the Conversations page, choose the contact you wish to send the Text 2 Pay message to and then click the icon shown in the image.

Next, in the Items bar, add all the items you are billing for and then give them a price in the Price bar.

The Invoice number is automatically generated so leave it alone.

Then in the "Invoice Due Date" bar, select a date.

Finally, under "Link Expiration" you can choose "Link does not expire" or you can select a date.

When you are done, click "Save" and off it will go.

Pro-Tip: Always set an expire date so the link doesn't stay live in the system forever.
