Using SMS & Email templates is another great way to save time & communicate efficiently. You may get the same question over & over again like "What are your working hours?" or "How much do you charge for..." Creating templated responses for these commonly asked questions is a great way to speed up communication.
To begin creating an SMS or Emai Template first navigate to the templates area. This can be found under the Conversations or Marketing tab.
Create an SMS or Email Template
From the upper right corner of the page, click the "Add Template" button and then choose either "Add Email Template" or "Add Text Template".
The process of creating an SMS & email template is similar.
