SMS & Email Templates Overview

If you want to have templated answers ready or if your clients have FAQs, SMS and email templates can help you on your daily interactions with your clients, so you have them on hand and use your time effectively.

Navigate To The Marketing Tab

Click On Templates

Message Templates

You'll be able to see a list of all of your templates and their details.

Name

Here you can see the name with which you've created your templates.

Body

Here you'll be able to see the content of your templates.

Attachments

If you've added an attachment to your templates, this section will show the preview of the attachment.

Type

This will show you if your template is a text template or an email one.

Edit Template

You can edit your template by clicking on the highlighted icon.

Delete Template

You can delete any template by clicking on the trash can icon.

Add New Template

If you click on "+ New Template", you're able to create a new template, SMS or email.
