How To Create An Email Template

Email Templates

You can create your own templates to have on hand whenever you get a frequently asked question.

Go To Marketing

Start by clicking on "Marketing" on your main menu.

 

 

Go To Templates

Click on "Templates" on the top menu.

 

 

 

Click on "+Add Template"

 

Click on "Add Email Template"

 

Name Your Template

Add a name for your new template.

 

Edit The Email Subject

Type in the subject in the Subject field.

 

Edit The Email Body

Type in your email in the text box.

This works like a normal email would, you can add attachments, configure the alignment, add images, add links, etc.

 

(Optional) Use Custom Values

You can use custom values. In case you're going to send bulk emails, the information will populate automatically on your emails.

 

Send A Test

You can send a test email to see what it'll look like.

Simply enter a "from" email and "to" email, then click on "Send".

 

 

Save it!

Once you've finished editing, click on "Save".

And now your template is ready to use!
