How To Create A Text Template

SMS Templates

You can create your own templates to have on hand whenever you get a frequently asked question

Go To Marketing

Start by clicking on "Marketing" on your main menu.

Go To Templates

Click on "Templates" on the top menu.

Click on "+Add Template"

Click on "Add Text Template"

Name Your Template

Add a name for your new template.

Edit The SMS Content

Type in the message template in the text box.

(Optional) Attach A File

You can attach a file to your template. Click on the add sign to add the file from your computer.

OR you can add a URL for that file.

Send A Test SMS

You can preview the message on this editor.

And you can also send yourself a test to see what the message looks like. To do this, simply add your number and click on "Send test"

Save it!

Once you've finished editing, click on "Save".

And now your template is ready to use!
