How To Set Up The Social Planner

In order to use the Social Media Planner, first you must set up the different platforms which are available.

If you click the icons for Facebook, Instagram, and Google you will have a window pop up which will assist you in setting up those services.

PRO TIP: Be sure to set up at least two of the three and preferably all three to get the best coverage.

Please note: You can only connect business profiles to the CRM.

Google My Business Setup

The menu will look different if this is the first time connecting an account or if you have social media accounts already connected.

First Time Connecting An Account

Click on the Google My Business icon.

Sign In With Google

Select the Google Account you'd like to use.

Allow Permissions

Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Allow".

Select Google My Business Profile

Select the GMB profile and click "Allow".

Click on "Get Started"

First Time Connecting An Account

Click on the Facebook Icon.

Sign Into Facebook

Enter your login info and then click on "Continue as (your name)"

Select The Facebook Page

Select the Facebook page(s) you'd like to connect, then click on "Next".

Allow Permissions

Click on "Done" to allow all permissions. These permissions will allow you to post, schedule, and manage your pages from the CRM.

Verify The Connection

Back to the CRM, select the pages you are connecting. Then click on "Allow".

Click on "Get Started"

Instagram Setup

The menu will look different if this is the first time connecting an account or if you have social media accounts already connected.

first Time Connecting An Account

Click on the Instagram Icon.

Sign Into Facebook

Enter your login info and then click on "Continue as (your name)"

Select The Instagram Accounts

Select the Instagram profile(s) you'd like to connect, then click on "Next".

(Optional) Select The Facebook Page

Select the Facebook page(s) you'd like to connect, then click on "Next".

Allow Permissions

Click on "Done" to allow all permissions. These permissions will allow you to post, schedule, and manage your pages from the CRM.

Verify The Connection

Back to the CRM, select the accounts you are connecting. Then click on "Allow".

Click on "Get Started"

LinkedIn Setup

The menu will look different if this is the first time connecting an account or if you have social media accounts already connected.

First Time Connecting An Account

Click on the LinkedIn icon.

Sign Into Linked In

Enter your login details and click on "Sign In".

Allow Permissions

Click on "Allow".

Verify The Connection

Select the LinkedIn profile and click "Allow".

Click on "Get Started"
