How To Send An SMS

Being able to communicate with your leads & customers through SMS is one of the most powerful features of CRM. With SMS you can quickly communicate & close sales faster!

So let's learn how to send an SMS.

Click "Conversations"

Then select the person to whom you would like to send a message.

 

PRO-TIP: You can also use the search bar to find any contact by typing in their name, phone number, or email.

Conversation Timeline

You'll see the conversation timeline of the selected person open up.

Click "Send SMS"

At the bottom of the conversation timeline, you'll see "Send SMS" click here to open up the message box.

Type A Message

Click into the message box. This is where you will enter your message.

Send Your SMS

When you are ready to send out the message hit "Enter" on your keyboard or click "Send".

PRO TIP: Be sure to double-check for spelling & grammar before sending off your message.

Clicking "Clear" will clear out any message you wrote in the message box.

Advanced Options With SMS

Within a SMS you can also:

  1. Add Custom Values/Merge Fields

  2. Add Attachments

  3. Add Emojis

  4. Use a Template

  5. Request a Payment

How To Add Custom Values

You can add in custom values or merge fields into any SMS to make your communication more efficient.

Here you can easily grab things like, reschedule links, appointment times, the contact's information and much more.
